21) Peter Tatchell
Sadly for me, I was once quite the fan of Tatchell. He's been brave (attending a gay pride event in Moscow, which resulted in him being beaten up and arrested) brought attention to human rights abuses (citizen's arrest on Mugabe) and advocates for veganism and animal rights. He even countered Aimee Challenor in the debate over northern Irish baker's 'gay cake' controversy. But on women's rights and on the welfare of children, he has some concerning views.
This was The Betrayal of Youth: Radical Perspectives on Childhood Sexuality, Intergenerational Sex, and the Social Oppression of Children and Young People (London: CL Publications, 1986).
Tatchell writes to the guardian:
"ROS Coward (Why Dares to Speak says nothing useful, June 23) thinks it is 'shocking' that Gay Men's Press has published a book, Dares To Speak, which challenges the assumption that all s*x involving children and adults is abusive. I think it is courageous.
The distinguished psychologists and anthropologists cited in this book deserve to be heard. Offering a rational, informed perspective on sexual relations between younger and older people, they document examples of societies where consenting inter-generational sex is considered normal, beneficial and enjoyable by old and young alike. Prof Gilbert Herdt points to the Sambia tribe of Papua New Guinea, where all young boys have sex with older warriors as part of their initiation into manhood. Far from being harmed, Prof Herdt says the boys grow up to be happy, well-adjusted husbands and fathers.
The positive nature of some child-adult sexual relationships is not confined to non-Western cultures. Several of my friends — gay and straight, male and female — had sex with adults from the ages of nine to 13. None feel they were abused. All say it was their conscious choice and gave them great joy.
While it may be impossible to condone paedophilia, it is time society acknowledged the truth that not all sex involving children is unwanted, abusive and harmful." Peter Tatchell
22) Sarah Brown
Brown is a trans woman and member of the Lib Dem's LGBTQ+ executive. Here's a few screenshots of Brown's diplomatic, respectful online behaviour

Aside from this,
here is the text to a Times article explaining how Brown, along with partner Zoe O'Connell, another trans woman, and Brown's wife,
all members of the LGBTQ+ exec and in a polyamorous partnership, harassed a victim of domestic abuse. Natalie Bird was “hounded” out of her role within the Liberal Democrats for saying that she did not believe trans women should have access to women’s refuges. Bird, mother of two who fled an abusive former partner, was accused of “dangerous transphobia”.
After alleged harassment online, Ms Bird was brought before a disciplinary hearing to face a complaint in the name of Zoe O’Connell, on behalf of the LGBT+ Liberal Democrats. Ms Bird had “expressed troublesome views”.
The hearing found no evidence to support the complaint of transphobia, and she says that allegations of transphobia were a smear by O’Connell, who is trans. Ms O’Connell denied all knowledge of the case or that she was the complainant. When asked if there was another Zoe O’Connell, she did not respond.
So, that's nice. Three people in a relationship, all in the Lib Dem's LGBTQ+ executive, harass and bring vexatious complaints against a woman who has used refuges, because she disagrees in an insane open door policy.
Here, Brown is accused of bringing in policies which breach the Equality Act, again in collusion with O'Connel, another councillor. It led to Brown's predecessor resigning in outrage.
23) Morgane Oger
Oger is a Canadian politician who campaigned (successfully) to have Vancouver rape relief centre deprived of funding because they are strictly female only.
This came after years of vexatious legal attacks to force them to accept a trans woman volunteer. After they were repeatedly
vandalised, Oger stepped in to offer help and guidance in the most sickening act of mansplaining I've seen.

Harassment of a feminist at the women's march with a banner:
“Apparently not everyone at the Vancouver Women’s March was equally enlightened about why trans women are women… A concerned citizen passed this photo on to me. This is hate speech. Anyone know who this person is? I’d like to speak to her."..."We have six months for somebody to file a complaint against this woman on the basis of gender identity. But to do this, who she is needs to be known. If somebody knows who she is please email me the information at..."
Morgane's awful takes on race are frequent. One woman describes how his comparing a feminist event to
'1933 Berlin' led to her realisation transactivism was damaging.
Here Oger informs FGM survivor Jana Cornell (who has received unbelievable levels of abuse from trans rights campaigners) that the horror she endured is not due to her sex, but her gender -

None of which I see being challenged at all, and indeed the post is still up with these comments.
Crazed Beliefs!
Oger has previously defended Jonathan 'Jessica' Yaniv when the 'wax my balls' cases were being brought against thirteen different beauticians - almost all women of colour who worked from home. Yaniv has a long documented history of racism, especially against Asians and people with turbans. In addition to the vexatious claims against women unwilling to wax Yaniv's testicles in their own homes, Yaniv has been accused by multiple girls of sending them sexualised messages, openly fantasising about using shower rooms with little girls who have their 'tampon strings sticking out'. Oger deflected attention and continued to defend Yaniv until it was completely untenable.
Oger also likes to think they are a mother to the two children they had with their ex wife, the actual mother
24) Jess Bradley
Jess Bradley became the first trans person to be elected as student's officer, a paid position. After some amazing bits of advocacy - here and, best of all, here.
I recommend the second video there, as it is where Jess bemoans their 'impossible vagina', which, according to Jess, might actually just be their penis? Anyway give it a watch.
Activists brave and stunningly decided to do a... different kind of Vagina Monologues as Jess felt excluded from the category of women, or people with a vagina and obviously that's fucked up and needs sorting out pronto. I myself have felt excluded by health information campaigns on prostates and know the pain. So it's a good thing they accommodated the 'non binary woman' bio male Jess, who has had no medical transition, because the modest, stoic, meek vagina Jess describes is just delightful.
Ultimately though, after all this stellar work, Jess was discovered with a blog which involved animations of incest and photos of "her" penis out at a bus stop, on a train, in parks, and at her distinctive curved desk at the NUS. Incredibly, in the wake of this, Jess found the funds to hire Carter-Ruck, renowned anti libel lawyers made famous for the non disclosure agreements and super injunctions used by famous footballers wanting to shut down media reports of infidelity.
Jess was later also accused of sexual harassment and assault. Here, Jess's ex wife here has some words of wisdom, along with a fair bit of apologia. Here's the genuinely great Rose of Dawn, who does an excellent job of covering the whole mucky bucket.
25) Tanya Love
Tanya was elected women's officer for Telford Labour Party.

The Daily Mail26) Eli Erlick
Sadly for Eli, despite a promising start to a career in journalism and their particular ideas of advocacy, they were soon called out for a staggering number of sexual assaults, rape and coercive abuse. While Eli has worked hard to erase these accusations, there's evidence that they admitted and apologised before then hastily denying it.

One of Eli's accusers went on to commit suicide. Eli was dropped by The Cut but has still got a working Facebook page for the group they founded and still head.
27) Mya Byrne
Of the Degenderettes infamy, Mya fancies theyself as the defiant activist, determined to liberate trans women from... I'm not sure.
Most notorious is the exhibition Byrnes and the Degenderettes put on at San Francisco public library. To counter the apparent tidal wave of violence against trans women by feminists (where?) they filled the exhibit with images of axes painted in the trans flag colours, had baseball bats, wound in barbed wire, labelled 'Terf Killer' and t-shirts that Mya helpfully models for us here
Here is an unrivalled screed of propaganda and lies in an attempt to excuse the revolting misogyny unveiled at the exhibition -
"For those who aren't aware, TERFs are bigots who claim trans women are men, trans men are women, and nonbinary genders are a fantasy. As a direct and proximate consequence of this belief, many TERFs actively engage in or support measures to physically threaten or harm trans women in particular, ranging from doxing (disseminating our private information with the intent to cause harm) to harassing our employers and families to - on occasion - explicitly threatening us with violence or death, either directly or by attacking trans women in crisis with the intent of encouraging them to self-harm."
It's enthralling to me that no evidence ever emerges of this relatively frequent claim. This whole blog is bursting with receipts of the very real violence, sexual assault and abuse women receive for questioning the dominant narrative. Maybe if they also kept the receipts, we could tackle this outpouring of 'transmisogyny', huh? For more, see this
