The 46-year-old told the High Court in London that Ashworth Special Hospital in Merseyside was breaching his human rights by refusing to allow him to wear women's clothes and make-up outside his private room.
The judge agreed that the patient, who legally adopted a female name last year, should not be named.

Tarling has not,
yet, been convicted but it appears he does have a current Criminal Behaviour Order from a Nottingham court, rather than Newcastle, which is where he is to be tried. That order bans him from going within ten metres of a nursery with reasonable excuse and prohibits the interference with waste - ie. almost identical behaviours to those he has recently been charged with.
Tarling's recent alleged escapades were profoundly revolting:
Discarding soiled, adult nappies in the vicinity of various nurseries;
entering the bins at one or more nurseries, interfering with the used nappies and behaving indecently;
smearing human excrement onto the bottles meant to feed the babies at said nursery(ies).

"The 29-year-old, who now likes to be called 'Abi', breached court-imposed conditions by messaging three schoolgirls - using her wife's phone."

Alan Blackwell was jailed for life for three horrific sex crimes carried out years apart against young victims.
He got away with two of his twisted and terrifying attacks for years before cold case detectives were able to link him to the offences through DNA

Alyssa Christine' Freddie Christian Trenchard Convicted of the rape of a young woman or, more likely, girl ('Alyssa' was 17 at the time) who considered Trenchard a friend.
In an appalling display of courtroom cruelty, Trenchard's defence, advocate Oliver Fattorini, confronted his victim with the accusation that transphobia was the motivation behind her reporting the rape, and that no intercourse ever occurred.
Reports differ to whether or not Trenchard was identifying as trans during the time of the rape.

The jury took just one hour to find him guilty, unanimously.
"The judge had initially described Trenchard as a 'transgender male', but later apologised to the rapist for doing so."
Trenchard, one year before the lady feelings kicked in
Jane Roper, who attended court, said the judge asked how he'd like to be referenced, and "then actually apologised to him and told the court that Trenchard would like to be described as "a transgender female".

Today (03/03/21) Smith admitted to possession of a device capable of connecting to the internet. This was a phone intentionally hidden from police, in contravention of his SHPO (Sexual Harm Prevention Order)
On discovery of the phone Smith held up scissors and claimed 'I'm going to kill myself', helpfully walking right up to an officer while carrying out this threat (AKA coercive control in abusers).
All seen headlines used female pronouns for Smith.

Update - Abusive flasher makes legal history by admitting offenses as man and a woman●Alexandra Charles 
Charles became obsessed with Sloan street surgeon Brian Mayou, claiming he had botched their surgery. Following, Mayou received threatening phone calls traced to Charles. Charles emailed hospitals claiming Mayou was a paedophile and Mayou had to apply for 50 online reports branding him a 'kiddy fiddler' removed. Charles threatened to 'find and cut' him.
Mr Mayou's wife and daughters were also targeted in a campaign lasting almost 3 yrs. Charles went on the run after hearing prison was likely, saying "I am halfway through a sex-change and sending me to a male penitentiary would be sexual abuse."
"Greenwood used a variety of stories such as she had to take her daughter to hospital and did not have any cash, or that her home was cold and she needed money for the meter."
He repeatedly took advantage of very elderly people, often in their late 80s and 90s. He would concoct a story of immense and urgent need, claiming he will be back to repay the money.
"When he did return, on several occasions he merely snatched more money from the elderly person when they got their wallet out, believing they were to be repaid.
"Greenwood has habitually preyed on elderly and vulnerable victims for a long time.

● 'Amy George' Andrew Miller When an eleven year old girl went missing in Galashiels, the local Mountain Rescue Team, Borders Search, Rescue Unit, and helicopter search was deployed.
Despite the child being found allegedly "safe and well" at George/Miller's home, he is now convicted of abduction and threatening or abusive behaviour, indecent exposure and sexual assault of a child, as well as attempting to defeat the ends of justice
Pleads guilty - BBC - "Miller identifies as transgender and is in the process of transitioning to female".
"At the time of his arrest, he was presenting as Amy George but confirmed he wished to be addressed as Andrew Miller using "he" pronouns for simplicity.
The girl had missed her bus home, and started to walk when offered a lift "by a lady in a car".
She accepted the lift 'because she was cold and believed the "lady" to be non-threatening.'
He drove her to his home, and 'placed his arm around her neck and carried her to the main bedroom, where he repeatedly sexually assaulted her.'
She was held in an attic conversion only reachable by a hidden cupboard door, and forced her to watch porn and fetish videos. He was also found with hundred images of child sexual abuse.
"Officers found Miller still sleeping and wearing a bra, silicone breasts, female pants and tights."
"Miller told the police he had stopped to "help" the child as she "looked freezing", saying it was a "motherly thing" and that he was being a Good Samaritan and had "put her in bed with me to warm up"."

Grey, (apparently) 37, took over his ex's Facebook page he had helped him to set up. Still having the log in details, he proceeded to make contact with a paedophile hunter decoy, to set him and his new partner up in an online sting, because he was angry about being dumped for a woman (or "for another woman" as headlines claimed).
This happened, they were forced to move. Just for extra impact, Grey's ex is on the sex offenders register and it was a consequential ankle tag that proved his innocence in this scenario.

During the trial, Grey's own history of sexual violence was uncovered. "The court heard how Gray has a previous conviction for three offences of sexual assault" dating back to 2005.
Grey's barrister told the court "these took place when Gray was living as a man. She transitioned into a woman a year later."
"She struggled with her identity most of her life and lived her life in the shadows. Perhaps that has taken a toll on her and affected her mental health. She has one previous conviction from a very different time in her life when she was living as a man.
"She says that offending was born out of confusion with her identity and not an attraction to children or women."
The barrister appealed to Judge David Tremberg, claiming "Gray would struggle in prison as a transgender woman."

Exposed his penis to a young girl and her father when sat without underwear in a dress. The girl was left traumatised.
"Andrew Phillips, 56, was sitting on a grassy area outside Cardiff castle with two others when the father and daughter passed by. The defendant was wearing a knee-length pink dress which had been hitched up to expose his bottom.
"A sentencing hearing at Newport Crown Court heard Phillips opened his legs to expose his genitals in a deliberate act. The father attempted to shield his daughter's view but she asked: "Why did that man open his legs?"" Other children may have witnessed this. Phillips also denied it.
In the cells, Phillips smeared his own faeces up the walls.

A 'female paedophile'. Mckone, a transwoman, was caught distributing images of child sexual abuse. After being caught, McKone continued to collect and distribute child sexual abuse imagery. Police intelligence went on to conduct two further raids and every time found more. A device to clean memory on the pc was found. McKone was accessing websites with names like 'I'm a goddamn paedophile'.
Three years of a community order, 50 days of rehabilitation activities, a seven year Sexual Harm Prevention order. No jail. No indication of McKone's true sex anywhere.

Images of girls being abused were typically aged 8-10 and Scales’ username was ‘I’m a paedophile 123’, and found using search terms such as ‘Lolita’ and ‘pre-teen’.The images – some dating back to 2013 – were taken on public transport, his home and a neighbour’s address, and also featured Macrae wearing some victims’ underwear.
He filmed through his neighbour’s window while she was undergoing a beauty treatment, photographed himself in her underwear and also stole and photographed a female colleague’s underwear. He was caught when an off-duty police officer observed him positioning a camera disguised as a pen to take photographs up a passenger’s skirt.
●Aaron / "Alexis" Herschell
Herschell identified as a transwoman after he was arrested, (later convicted) in 2017 of the attempted rape of a 19 year old woman he met on a dating app.
Herschell, 20, was sentenced to 2 years in jail.
It appears Hershell is the first to utilise the "dysphoria discount" and suddenly awaken to his gender fairies in the immediate aftermath of being charged for a sex crime.
"Female officers grew concerned after being told to carry out 'rubdown' searches on Herschell, despite the serious allegations he faces. They feared they could lose their jobs if they declined to carry out the searches"
After release he returned to prison a few weeks later for breaching the conditions of his licence. This happened again in 2021 when he was caught 'socialising' for several days with children under the age of 16 in a house in Falkirk.
■Alistair Chapman
TV. Was convicted of multiple child sex offences at Maidstone Crown Court in 2019 – two of arranging the commission of a child sex offence, one of attempting to meet a female under 16 following grooming, and one of attempting to engage in sexual activity with a child.
"Pervert jailed after plotting kidnap"
Chapman, 29, was sentenced to three years, and will be subject to a sexual harm prevention order for five years. He must also sign on the sex offender register indefinitely on his release.
Chapman had groomed and sent disturbing sexualised messages via WhatsApp to a girl named ‘Lucy’ whom he believed to be 14 years old.
The chat logs ran to 400 pages in the court documents and described binding, kidnapping and impregnating the child. He also sent the girl videos of himself tied up and wearing a dress. In fact, he was messaging a group of paedophile hunters named Shadow Hunters UK.

A transvestite, was convicted in November 2017 of three counts of possessing indecent images of children and a fourth count of possessing extreme pornographic images involving animals.
Pickbourne told police he had downloaded the images over a period of 18 months after visiting an online forum for crossdressers. When police examined his computer, they found 47 still and moving images of an indecent nature involving children including the most serious category A, and 67 extreme pornographic images showing bestiality.
Descriptions of the content of the category A videos were too graphic for publication.

Gang of transwomen beat man up after minor provocation... ● April Welsh In January 2020, Welsh, who has a long history of domestic violence, "drunkenly throttled one partner and pushed her to the floor before punching and kicking her"
Welsh's second offence was a couple of weeks later, having moved in with another woman. After an evening out drinking, new girlfriend decided to go home as she had work the next day. Welsh stayed out for several more hours and returned at 2:15am to find the door locked. Welsh 'rang the doorbell and the victim went to answer. When she opened the door, the defendant ran at her, put his hands around her neck putting her on the floor.
'She was then punched and kicked and was called a dirty s***. The victim was sat on the bed too scared to move.'
Walsh's defence pleaded that he would suffer so badly in jail, and besides, the injuries 'were not that bad'

Jones, 28, abducted a 12yr old girl, placing a blanket over her head, bundling her into a car and driving 120 miles to a campsite.
He did this with accomplice Trevor Carr, 40, after months of speaking to the child online.
"During the police interviews, Jones attempted to blame Carr, describing the abduction as a 'bad idea'. She claimed that she was scared to be around Carr and had previously had a relationship"

● 'Barbie Kardashian'
Extremely disturbing story of an abused child turned terrifying threat. He has left his mother in fear for her life, assaulted other children in care and spoken of, as well as written detailed descriptions of his wishes to rape and kill specific women.
Assaulted social worker while she was driving, wrapping his arms and legs around her, clawing at her eyes, biting her and hissing in her ear he wanted to kill her. She was left with torn eyelids and puncture wounds, although luckily she avoided crashing the car.
Kardashian was raised in an exceptionally abusive home. His mother was sexually and physically abused by his father, who in turn instructed Kardashian to participate in the abuse. The father also forbade the mother from breastfeeding or consoling her child as a baby.
Having fled to a domestic violence refuge when Kardashian was around 10 years old, staff soon raised the alarm over Kardashian's violent behaviour towards his mother.
He is now in Limerick's women's prison.

During an altercation with his estranged wife, Shaw fled when she called police, and, 'driving like a nutter' - directly at a copper who was in the middle of the road.
Two weeks after this incident, Shaw breached bail by turning up at his ex's home to see his four-year-old daughter and "raced away from two police vehicles at speed and in the ensuing chase accidentally rammed the police car in front and then reversed into the car behind in an attempt to get away, causing more than £1,000 in damage.

"Shaw, who appeared in the dock in earrings and flared trousers" was told "that the jury had concluded he deliberately drove at PC Gary Heighway... "because of a dispute with your wife you deliberately drove at him"
Shaw, "who is going through hormone treatment and dressing and thinking like a woman" was waiting sex reassignment surgery said his defence. They also warned he could "expect a very difficult time in custody".
Shaw was acquitted of holding a diver's knife to his wife's throat.

In July 2018 Walker, 29, was convicted of breaching hhis sexual harm prevention order (SHPO) and was sent to prison for 10 months.
Appearing in court as both a man and a woman, Walker has racked up 22 previous convictions including sexually assaulting a boy under 13, sexual activity with a girl under 16, robbery and assault since 2006. Judge Rebecca Crane said: 'There have been problems with you making malicious allegations against probation staff and poor compliance.
'They say you're highly likely to re-offend. 'It was traumatic for you because you have been waiting a very long time for an appointment at the gender reassignment clinic.'
Walker pleaded guilty to a second breach of the SHPO in 2019. A condition of the SHPO was to register all pseudonyms used online with the police in advance of using them.

A seven-year-old Shih Tzu was identified as a victim, seized and examined by a vet who confirmed she had been subjected to unnecessary suffering, and the acts carried out on the dogs could have led to infection, peritonitis and death.
Simpson is also "coming to terms with her own sexuality" and is currently "transitioning genders" , Teesside Crown Court heard.

During those 13 days Coats and Wade made daily visits where she was subjected truly horrific violence, including smashing her knee caps with a golf club, chopping off her thumb (to threaten another man with, who allegedly owed Coates money) and little fingers, crushing her toes & burning her hands with an iron.We know these details as the tenants of the house, two heroin addicts who were paid for the use of the property and to keep guard, later gave evidence.
Spence was forced to phone her parents, to assure them she had fled after stealing money from gangsters. Her parents were also threatened by Coates, and tragically only raised the alarm after her murder, when Coates held her nose until she died.
Her body has never been found.

After his arrest, police found a bag full of women’s clothes, fake breasts and sex toys.
He had threatened the victim, then accused her of lying.
Reed covertly made a copy of a key to her home and threatened to come to her house dressed as a woman to “have sex with” (rape) her.
He dragged her to her bed, attempting to remove her clothes, masturbating while making comments about her body, striking her hard enough to leave bruises and telling her she would have to do as she was told.
Reed’s vulnerable victim is, obviously, extremely traumatised by the attacks and scared to be alone. The judge told Reed “She has bad dreams, she feels isolated, unsafe and panicky. She suffered emotional turmoil, her quality of life has been diminished. You should feel thoroughly ashamed. She’s not the person she was before.”

His crimes include false imprisonment, rape, gross indecency, assault by penetration, indecent assault and assault causing her actual bodily harm.
He also has convictions related to indecent images of children.
When arrested, Challenor denied the offences and accused the girl of lying, calling her "a fantasist".
On investigation, officers found the attic just as she had described, with bondage gear1 sex aids, gaffer tape, dummies, a stun gun and ropes hanging from the beam in his dungeon-style attic.
Challenor, 50, had tied her to attic beams, raped her and clipped devices onto her so she could be electrocuted and assaulted with sex toys. He also filmed his unspeakable abuse, all while dressed up as an infant girl, in adult-sized baby dresses and nappies calling himself Lucy, “before carrying out the sickening attacks".
He had “various sexual fetishes and fantasies” including autopaedophilia, and “medical issues”.
The judge said: “It is hard to comprehend how you could behave with such depravity. The harm done by you to her is hard to overestimate.”
The victim’s impact statement was read to the court describing how she had been traumatised by his violence.
Challenor was also convicted in 2013 of neglect and causing the suffering of a host of exotic animals.

Convicted of forcing girls, ages 9 to 12, to watch pornography. This began after 12 yr old had confided she'd previously been raped. So Rawley started masturbating in front of her.Large number of child abuse imagery, one of the videos was rated as Level 5 on the Copine Scale, the highest rating possible. The judge added he was concerned that Rawley had shown “little insight” and no “victim empathy” while undertaking a course in prison. He ordered Rawley, who is already on the sex offenders register, to be subject of a Sexual Offences Prevention Order upon his release. Simon Mills, defending, said although Rawley had claimed the girl had accessed the pornography herself he had pleaded guilty eventually. “That is the strongest mitigation. In doing so he has saved the girl from having to give evidence,” he said. “Had he admitted it then he would have been dealt with for these offences last year,” The judge heard Rawley had changed his name from John to Elizabeth by deed poll but had not undergone surgery to change his sex. Approached two eight-year-old girls and lifted up his skirt exposing the female underwear he was wearing. The following afternoon, a man saw Cowell lift a grey cord skirt and show female underwear to young girls. The witness said he was “alarmed and distressed” while the girls were left “shaken and nervous” by the incident.
Cowell’s solicitor said “He is a cross-dresser and he would like a sex change and that’s why he dresses the way he does”. The court heard that Cowell had been cross-dressing since the age of 15.

Scott arrived at a store wearing stereotypically female clothing, asked a 17-year-old to help him while he tried on dresses. The teenager felt uncomfortable as Scott insisted on keeping his hands behind his back and therefore left the dressing room. He tortured her and ran a 6in knife across her body.
He boasted of a woman he attacked previously: "She didn't like this game either but I made a mistake and let her go"
She managed to escape and ran to a nearby pub for help.
Holyoake offered a second woman a lift. He gave her amphetamine which inexplicably incapacitated her. "She immediately suffered pain so intense that she tried to call an ambulance"
But Holyoake snatched her phone, took her to his home and tortured her. She woke up in a room covered with white paper with homemade surgical instruments.
Holyoake dressed her as a schoolgirl, sexually assaulted her and ran a knife over her face, then pushed his thumbs so hard into her neck that she blacked out.
The third woman also lost consciousness at his home, awoke naked with Holyoake in suspenders and stockings, masturbating beside her. Then he raped her.
Holyoake's former partner of seven years described how he'd dress up in women's clothing, and tried to smother her with a pillow. Holyoake also drugged her. She frothed at the mouth and could not move while he assaulted her.
She cared for his dying mother while he abused her, saying ‘I hate you. Why don't you just hurry up and die, you bitch'? and bullying her over inheritance.
Another ex-partner said "he grabbed my throat and I did think he was going to kill me. He would also pull knives on me" She said “He has destroyed my life. He would spike my coffee with drugs and made me addicted to amphetamines." He tried to make her wear school clothes and often dressed as a woman

"A transvestite, was sentenced to four months in prison after breaching the terms of his Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO).
The sentence was deemed “necessary to protect the public”.
The SOPO was imposed after Kelly was previously convicted of two sexual offences while dressed as a woman. In June 2019, Kelly was found wandering the corridors of a school and trying handles on the doors of rooms while wearing a blonde wig, a white skirt and pink jacket, with a string of pearls around his neck.
Kelly, 35, was remanded into custody for breaching his SOPO which bans him from coming within 20 metres of schools or anywhere that under-18s gather.
At Court Judge McGarrity threw out Kelly’s bail application, stating: “There is high risk of re-offending and potential for non-adherence to bail conditions.”
Kelly had been previously convicted of sexual assault in 2016 after he attacked a woman in a supermarket.
In 2017 he was convicted of a sexual offence against a 16 year old girl after fully undressing in a boutique changing room and then indecently exposing himself to the young shop assistant.

At age 22 in 1996, he was convicted of the indecent assault of a 14 year old girl and of indecently exposing himself to a 22-year-old woman who was riding a horse on a country road when Simpson slowly drove past several times, then got out wearing only a T-shirt and shoes.
In 2002, aged 35, Simpson was convicted of conducting himself in a disorderly manner by repeatedly following two young female students.

The prosecution case was that in striking him several times in the head with an iron bar Doe, intended to kill him.

"Makowska also faced one charge of possession of a weapon designed to discharge a noxious liquid - namely a Captor spray, which is the type used by police."

Jacqui (Andrew) McWilliam.
First convicted of sexual offences after raping a pregnant woman and attacking her husband at gunpoint. He also shaved her head. McWilliam (then known as Peter Syme) was sentenced to 12 years in prison at the High Court in Aberdeen.
After release, McWilliam abducted a woman at knifepoint, tied her up with stockings, sexually assaulted her and drove around with her for 7 hours. McWilliam promised he would not rape or kill her as long as she obeyed him.
McWilliam used the victim’s mobile phone to call her husband and demand he pack a bag with a short skirt, stockings, suspenders and her underwear.
Transfer to women's prison refused ●'
Jade' Anderson "POLICE have issued a picture of a woman who has been banned from visiting two Bradford district hospitals and must not ring 999 or 101" - yeah.
Anderson was given community order for two charges of assault by beating of an emergency worker. These relate to an assault on a police officer and on a paramedic.
However considering Anderson has also been banned from entering Airedale General Hospital 'except when in genuine medical need' or even calling 999 or 101 except for that same caveat, I suspect there have been multiple prior incidents.

A transvestite (or possibly identifying as a transwoman), was charged with assault by penetration, sexual assault and possession of a class A drug in May 2020.
Police issued a renewed appeal for witnesses and dashcam footage at the time/location of the attack without mentioning the key identifying feature that the suspect was a man dressed as a woman. The appeal does not even mention the suspect’s sex or a physical description.
"Herts police said ‘We do not want to be in a situation where members of the gay or trans communities in particular are being targeted by hurtful comments or actions as a result of this information being released.”"

Eatough, who identified as a trans woman, was convicted of the rape and attempted kidnap of a 15 year old girl and sexually assaulting a 19 year old woman in Blackburn on the same night in 2005.
Eatough, 24, was sentenced to life imprisonment at in 2006 and placed on the Sex Offenders Register indefinitely. He initially denied the offences but DNA evidence linked him to the 15 year old victim.
At the hearing Eatough also pleaded not guilty to two further charges of rape and sexual assault on a third woman in April 2005.
The Crown accepted his pleas and no evidence on the two charges he denied was submitted.
The attacks were extremely violent with Eatough initially attempting to rob the 15 year old girl before raping her at knifepoint; he had previous convictions including arson and two offences of attempted robbery.
He had also been cautioned for simulating raping a girl under 10.
Judge Slinger told Eatough there was a “real and significant risk or further very serious offences being committed by you”.
He also cited the psychiatric report which stated that “even with active assistance and treatment, any gains are likely to be minimal because violent sexual offending usually stems from ingrained, deviant sexual attitudes.”

Janet' Samuel Peter Cook (the Cambridge Rapist)Cook was known as The Cambridge Rapist after terrorising the city with a series of home break ins and rapes targeting the students of the town.
As well as a terrifying MO - cutting lights before storming in and raping the women, often speaking to them about their boyfriends, using their real names, Cook created himself a demonic-looking rape mask. Having earlier shown an interest in cross-dressing, Cook was eventually caught escaping an attack dressed as a woman and later petitioned for a 'sex change'.

●'Jayde Palmer' Jason Croker
Palmer/Croker identifies as a transwoman, and gathered a 10,000 following on Tiktok before he was outed as a convicted sex offender and attempted rapist.
In 2013 Croker gave a sob story to a friend that he needed help to move his belongings from a storage unit. She agreed to help but instead he abducted her, driving her across countryside until she was entirely disorientated, propositioned her for sex and when she said no, attacked her.
The prosecutor: "She was effectively trapped. He tried to force her clothes off. He pinned her down and undid his trousers while continuing to hold her down.
“He told her that if she did not consent he was going to force himself on her.
“She did everything she could to try to stop him. She punched him some three times to his head, but her efforts were in vain; he was too strong for her."
During this, he squeezed her throat to the point she lost consciousness. The prosecutor hauntingly explained that “Because she had passed out, only one person knows what happened next".
At some point after, he threw her out of the van and left her, unconscious and with no way of knowing where she was, if she woke up.
His defence, James Doyle, said the degree of violence did not go “beyond what is inherent in the offence” which is the sort of shit we're up against.
Palmer/Croker was sentenced to nine years. When confronted he claimed he was innocent and had been set up.

"Beck, originally from Leeds, West Yorkshire, was jailed for two years in 2008 when using his male name Graeme Beck to attack a sleeping woman he met on a Christian dating website.
"The beast was also accused of attacking a 13-year-old girl but prosecutors at the town’s sheriff court accepted a not guilty plea to that charge.
"After the assault near Dumfries, the pervert moved to Stranraer and attacked two more women while working in the kitchen at the drop-in centre between October 2021 and last year while on bail.
"Outside court, the dad-of-two threatened our reporter and told him "watch your f***ing back".

The pair ordered food, but Findlay, already drunk, began picking fights with other patrons. Then staff noticed that Findlay had his legs up on a stool lose to fully exposing his genitalia. A member of staff then asked him to put his legs down, pointing out there were children present. Findlay responded with aggression. A family then became a target for Findlay, who began to shout at the male in the group, saying that he fancied him. Another customer asked Findlay to watch his language, but he responded by calling her an “ugly old cow” and her husband an “a******”."

After feeling sorry for Tarazaga-Orero – who was sleeping rough – Styles offered money for food and a hotel room. Tarazaga-Orero then began following Mr Styles and staying outside his house every day. "Despite being cautioned by police, Tarazaga-Orero also tried to grab Mr Styles while he was out running.
In February 2022, Tarazaga-Orero – who now “identifies as a woman called Diana” – appeared in court charged with breaching a restraining order, assault by beating, criminal damage and using violence to secure entry.
"Tarazaga-Orero is accused of forcing entry to Mr Styles’ home while he was present, assaulting a female employee and damaging a vase in a resulting scuffle with a security guard.

The skin from Ms Price’s left leg was ‘de-gloved’ & Ms Gregory suffered a broken back and double leg fracture, leaving her with a permanent limp. Churchill smiled as photographs of the women’s horrific injuries were shown to the court. It emerged at the trial that a friend of the two victims had reported Churchill to the police for ‘inappropriate relationships with boys under 16’.

Patrick McCann, who identifies as Laura, was sentenced to 15 and a half years.
"Identified in court as Laura McCann, (he) confessed to raping a 10 year old child and having sexual activity with another child. One of his victims reported her ordeal in 2013, but it did not result in McCann being charged.
When asked about it, McCann said: "I denied it and got away with it."
When asked if he had sex with the girl, McCann replied: "Bloody right I did."
McCann was released in 2012 after serving a sentence for sexual offences against children.
Judge Altham said: "While she (McCann) has come forward to admit what she has done when no-one was investigating her, she does not really accept that what she has done is wrong.
"She still harbours the view that these girls were able to, and in the circumstances did, consent."
He pleaded guilty to rape of a child under 13 and six counts of sexual activity with a child.

In her impact statement, the victim said her nine-year old daughter was so terrified during the attack that she ran off and was “hysterical” when she found her, saying: “She now won’t walk anywhere on her own and is paranoid about every person she sees. But if I’m honest, I’m the same.”
The court heard that almost all of Hudson’s offending was “
linked to her difficulties coping with issues surrounding her gender.”
Despite being convicted of a violent offence against a woman, Hudson was reported as living in a women’s hostel.

Harvey was released on licence and breached the SHPO in two weeks by blatantly approaching two boys in front of a police officer, who thought Harvey “over-familiar”. He later harassed and intimidated two girls, throwing food at one and saying they had “a surprise” for her, before trying to get through the hatch and behind the counter.

Charged with everything from driving offences to perverting the course of justice, disorderly conduct, GBH and murder, the former paratrooper was, clearly, a busy man.
"Wotherspoon, 30, turned up in court wearing a long red wig, black gloves, bracelet, short black skirt, cream blouse, dark stockings, stiletto-heeled shoes and a mid-length cream coat ... make-up and earrings" - they really liked to report on every detail of presentation in the late 90s.
Strangely, Wotherspoon/Doherty was expecting a baby with a woman called Lisa at the time and changed his name to Lisa-Anne. They ultimately had 4 kids and then, apparently, another via DIY insemination.

Stopping only to remove his dress when it was soaked with blood, Ashill inflicted 80 injuries to Clare Ashill’s head, neck and body, including three fatal knife wounds to her heart. This infliction of far more injuries than is necessary to kill someone is termed overkill, and is commonly seen in domestic homicides.

"In 2015 she was jailed four years with an extended four years on licence for threats to kill, possession of prohibited images and breaching notification requirements. ■ Michael Bambrick Michael Bambrick was and is a highly sadistic transvestite, although at one time he fought through the courts for sex reassignment surgery.
He has been convicted of stealing women and girl's underwear, for sexual assault on at least one woman, burglary and double manslaughter.
By all accounts he is a serial rapist and has credibly been accused of the sexual abuse of numerous children.
The first murder was of his common law wife and mother of two of his children, Patricia McGauley. He attacked her as he had his first wife - dressed up in her clothes, he tied her up and gagged her with tights.
His first wife was asleep after a huge row when she woke to Bambrick tying her hands behind her back. He strangled her til she lost consciousness and when she awoke, he raped her. He claimed Patricia had let him tie her up but this is highly doubtful. He admitted she was 'nodding off', and claims all seemed well until she gasped, whereby he realised she was dead.
He then skinned her, decapitated her, cut off her arms, legs and breasts before he dumped her in pieces at a wasteground. Then, he dressed up in her clothes again, walked around the neighbourhood, and later reported her as missing.
Ten months later he would do the same, this time to a woman, Mary Cummins, who he had just met and who spurned his advances.
During the four years before he was caught, Bambrick still had custody of one of his daughters, between the ages of 7 to 11.
Meanwhile both the women were officially disappeared.
He assaulted his daughter multiple times and on one occasion came home drunk and beat the girl's pet cat and pet dog to death, by smacking their heads into a wall, all to punish her.

A trans woman, was convicted of possessing over 2000 indecent images of children at Aylesbury Crown Court in December 2016, and was jailed for six months.
Woodley, 39, blamed “gender dysphoria” for becoming a paedophile. Woodley’s defence team referred to a psychiatric report by Dr Michael Alcock which said: “The backdrop to this offending is rooted in his gender dysphoria. “He had an issue with his gender identity from a very young age of three years which he has tried to suppress. He has been suicidal because of his position and having to effectively come out to those around him.”
Judge Francis Sheridan, however, questioned this, asking “How does viewing little children being raped help with his gender identity?” The defence team said Woodley was “curious” to find out if he was a paedophile after he learned his father was charged with sex offences. “It was curiosity.. if there was a passing on of that. Having looked at the images he then goes to fantasise whether he would like to be a young female child and that is the gist of it.”

The sexually-motivated murder of 17 year old Heather Tell in 2001.
The judge told Chidgey: “You have inflicted an untold pain on her family and friends. I know now that you present a serious and continuing danger to women wherever you might be. You will go to prison for life.”
Chidgey, 46, had previously been convicted of a catalogue of sexual offences against women over the previous 30 years, but had not been on the sex offender’s register; it was his daughter that suspected he was responsible and this led to his arrest.
Chidgey’s DNA was found on Heather Tell’s underwear which had been stuffed into her mouth by her killer. He told a series of preposterous lies to police to explain it, saying she must have bought the knickers after he had fondled them in a shop, which he often did as well as buying and wearing women’s clothing and underwear for sexual gratification purposes.
Chidgely was convicted of attempted rape in 1983. He had spent the day watching porn and approached a woman motorist whose car had broken down, offering help before attempting to rape her.
She managed to free herself and he was traced via his number plate.
He served two years of the four year prison sentence he received. He also had 10 convictions for indecent exposure between 1972 and 1974 – he perpetrated the first in 1971 when aged 16 and another in 1973 in the same park where he killed Ms Tell.
Essentially, like Jasmine Hill, Lee fabricated stories he was being attacked, and then took these complaint to the authorities.

On sentencing the three to 18 years each as a minimum, Judge John Morris said it "beggars belief you could act towards another human being in this way". First convicted of possessing indecent images of children, Neary received a suspended sentence rather than prison. He was also told to sign the sex offenders’ register and made subject to a sexual harm prevention order (SHPO) for 10 years.
Neary had taken photos of the dolls mimicking sex acts on him and possessed a number of photos of himself wearing “soiled girl’s knickers” (i.e. children’s underwear he had masturbated into) in the public toilets opposite his van.
He had also laid out children’s underwear on the sand dunes nearby.
Merseyside Police then applied to Liverpool Crown Court to vary the terms of Neary’s SHPO to protect the public.
In court Judge Murray said he was sure photos of Neary wearing children’s underwear in public toilets “depicted sexual activity” and that he had “powerful” sexual impulses associated with children, which he had “given in to” near his van.
He added “That means that those impulses are so strong that the respondent could not wait until he got home in order to have them satisfied. I am sure that working in the vicinity of children provides stimulation to offend, temptation, and opportunity for the respondent to commit grooming and contact sexual offences against children."

TV. Tarver was found guilty of murdering his mother. After living with his parents until age 47, Tarver was known to them to cross dress. After a cocaine and cannabis binge he went downstairs in a negligee, to which his father (83) said 'oh, you're dressed like that again'.
Mr Tarver Snr later heard a scream and saw Mrs Tarver (86) lying on the ground. She had been incapacitated for 3 decades from a stroke.
When he went to check on his wife, Tarver Jr came at him with a sword saying he 'had to kill' him. After Tarver Snr fled and called police they found Mrs Tarver stabbed in the heart.

Fenton, from Wythenshawe , found his gendered soul sometime after he was arrested several times in November 2020, once after a vigilante group had communicated with Fenton, posing as a 12-year-old girl.
Fenton tried to incite the girl to engage in sexual activity and send videos. He sent indecent images and encouraged her to engage in sexual activity with a six yr old.

Fenton sent indecent images and tried to incite the child to meet to engage in sexual activity and send indecent images of herself.
After arrest, Fenton breached bail by contacting a third “child”, who was another undercover operative posing as a 13-year-old girl.
Fenton requested inappropriate images of the girl and again tried to incite the child to meet to engage in sexual activity.
Police then arrested Fenton in January 2021 on suspicion of a number of child sexual abuse offences.
Fenton’s devices were seized and forensic examination found multiple indecent images of children, including a large number of child sexual abuse images and images of young children.

Coyle is an ex soldier and transvestite who has form for murder and was kicked out of the army for multiple incidents of violence.

A schoolgirl was the first to see him bent over a collapsed David Dowden, who was 36 and had been punched backwards, smacking his head against a brick wall.

O'Rourke was homeless and reads very much like an alcoholic.
Fond of breaking into elderly people's homes, in one case he began drinking alcohol he found in an old man's kitchen and sat waiting for the 82 year old to return.
When he did, he hadn't realised O'Rourke was there. Sitting down on his sofa, O'Rourke sidled up and put his arm round the man's shoulder, saying 'Let's get raving drunk.'
After some disturbance, O'Rourke threatened his victim with a fork and demanded money. He got a few quid in shrapnel and fled.
Only a couple of months later he broke into the home of a partially sighted, 89 year old woman in the early hours of the morning, claimed to be a home help and then left, taking her handbag with him.
On the same day, he also threatened a woman in an off licence with a pair of scissors.
O'Rourke was up in court again soon after release, this time for spitting at a female police officer after being arrested in a popular street drinker's hang out in Brighton: "Police were called to where O'Rourke was found drunk and kicking the doors of an empty house.
"She started shouting and swearing about her sexuality, using abusive and disgusting verbiage about what extreme acts she would do for money."

He also repeatedly targeted a 73-year-old, and luckily was caught on a doorbell camera going up to her front door and trying the handle. One time he rubbed, massaged and 'shook' the fake breasts and then 'suggestively' flashed.
He also approached the home and peeked through her bedroom window
police were called but it was only after setting up nighttime patrols they found him, all dressed up and alone like a weirdo.

Kavanagh was kicked out of the pub after becoming drunk, aggressive and knocking over drinks. He punched a bar man and threw a bottle at another. Kavanagh has twice used bottles in assaults.
Having been ejected Kavanagh tried to get back in. The family friend, Thomas Coogan tried to stop him and so Kavanagh punched him, causing him to fall and hit his head off the road, leaving him with a bleed on the brain and needing several days in ICU.

Since then,
Kavanaugh found himself assaulting women in a Dublin hostel.
The victim, a homeless woman, noticed Kavanaugh staring at her. He had alr stolen an Easter egg from her and called her a 'knacker' repeatedly,
('Knacker' is a slur used against Irish Travellers and as such you'd imagine he may have incurred further charges, but no).
As she challenged him, he grabbed her by the hair, pinning her to the ground and punching her repeatedly in the face.
Clumps of hair were torn from her head and while she remains homeless, terrified of returning to the hostel or to attend the hearing, Kavanaugh was swiftly housed. Well, before yet more charges sent him to jail.

A transwoman, police raided Prince’s home after receiving intelligence. Two laptops and a mobile phone were seized. Prince, 55, had downloaded a total of 1,191 indecent images of children, whose ages ranged between five and 13-years-old.
108 images were of the most serious category A, defined as content which shows children being raped. There were also 90 Category B images, 993 Category C images, 53 images of extreme pornography and 337 prohibited images of children which were cartoons, manga or drawings

A transvestite, Feeney was convicted of robbery, going equipped with a mask, cable ties and duct tape.
He committed a serious sexual assault with intent to rape and used an imitation gun with intent to cause the victim to believe unlawful violence would be used against her.
He bound her wrists, eyes and mouth with duct tape and told her he was abducting her to use as his sex slave.
He then robbed her of cash and sexually assaulted her before stealing her underwear from the laundry basket and making off in her car. Feeney told the court of his female presentation, how it had gone on for many years & tried to use it in mitigation. Appeared on Crime Watch

A transvestite, Moore was convicted of two counts of attempting to meet a child following sexual grooming.
Moore, 52, was caught twice by the same paedophile hunters while attempting to meet two different underage boys he had groomed online.
He was first arrested in January 2017 and then again after sending sexually explicit messages and pictures of himself dressed as a woman via Messenger.
On arrest he was found with a dummy in his hand and a nappy and women’s clothing in his back pack. He'd asked the boy (paedophile hunter) if he wanted to dress as a baby, "if he wanted to kiss and if he wanted to be mammy or daddy"
His property was searched at the police station and in his rucksack was found items including pink bloomers, a dummy, foam breasts, a baby bottle, two condoms, lipstick, a wig, bra, knickers, an adult nappy and a maid’s outfit.”
When Moore’s home was searched, they found a bedroom had been set up as a child’s nursery, with soft toys, a rocking horse and baby materials.

Bryan, 22, from Barking, committed the offence at Leicester Square tube station with two other violent males who identify as trans women (see Amarnih Lewis-Daniel and Michael O’Docherty/Tamzin Lush) in June 2018. Video capturing a 19 year old man on the ground being repeatedly hit, kicked and stamped on was widely shared, and the victim needed hospital treatment for his injuries.
Incident was so serious that the defendants needed to be sentenced in a higher court.

However Thompson's death in cells was found to be an accident after initial reports of suicide. Thompson had never applied to join the female estate.

Paedophile John MacAulay, 63, explained his wife knew "nothing" about the computer before telling officers how Victoria Seasons was his "alter ego" and he was a transsexual.
He pleaded guilty to the charges of having indecent photos or pseudo-photographs of children.
Malcolm McLeod, procurator fiscal, told the court how officers searched the address after receiving information from the Metropolitan Police.
A laptop was found within the property and MacAulay was detained.
As he was charged he told officers "I was stupid."
Police found 350 images of children, many showing young girls between the ages of four and 14 in graphic poses.
The history on the laptop also showed MacAulay had accessed sites relating to his "alter ego".

Jones was originally reported to the police for possession of a video showing an adult man raping a female child, but by the time the police seized Jones’ laptop, the video could not be located, although ‘evidence of internet search terms appertaining to children’ were found which were ‘a matter of some concern to the court.’
Jones, 54, amassed the collection of videos depicting sexual activity with animals over a period of four years; those including horses were highlighted because of “the likelihood of serious injury to the individual [women] concerned.”

William (Will) John Clark, 45, used spy cameras to film children and adults using public toilets in The Old George Mall, Salisbury, for sexual gratification.
"And he secretly filmed young, gay men in the bathroom of his home. Police found hundreds of indecent images of children as young as seven on his computer, Salisbury Crown Court heard today.
"He also lied to the charity commission about his history of child sex offences when he set up the Rainbow Rooms in the city in 2009.
The court was told Clark had downloaded 943 indecent images and videos of children as young as seven between 2008 and 2014, including 60 of the most serious, category A, images, some were “sadistic” featuring children “clearly distressed and suffering”.
Judge Alan Large said: “Your motivation was, in my judgment, a continued sexual interest in children. No other explanation is tenable.”
In 2009, Clark set up Rainbow Rooms, a charity supporting young gay, lesbian, bi-sexual and transgender people in Salisbury and the surrounding area.
He lied to the charity commission, saying he had completed an enhanced background check.

ITV News "A rapist who identifies as a woman has been sent back to prison for breaching rules imposed to protect the public.
"Freddie Millar, 31, who also uses the name Xenia Jade Millar, was issued with a sexual harm prevention order after being convicted of raping a woman in 2017.
"Millar served three years for that offence, but was sent back to prison again in 2020 for poor behaviour.
"The sex offender, previously from Northampton, was required to abide by strict conditions to stop him reoffending after leaving prison in September 2023.
"Millar was charged with breaching a sexual harm prevention order and breaching notification requirements.
After pleading guilty to both offences at an earlier hearing at Northampton Crown Court in December, Millar returned to the same court last week and was sentenced to one year and four months in prison"

"A woman has been jailed for nine years with an additional three years on licence, after pleading guilty to six offences including false imprisonment, assault, and robbery.
"Zara Jade, 54, was sentenced today at Bradford Crown Court following the offences committed in August last year. The court heard how she stabbed her partner with a small knife and falsely imprisoned her whilst demanding her pin number before leaving her restrained to go to the cash machine to withdraw money out.
Officers were informed when a scheduled visit from a nurse to the victim uncovered substantial injuries inflicted by Jade.
"She was arrested and subsequently charged with all six offences before appearing at Bradford Crown Court today.
Jade received a 12-year sentence, nine years custodial and three years on licence."
Jade was previously jailed for five years for rape and other sexual offences committed in 1998 and 2013.

Considering the numbers of dangerous men already convicted of these crimes, the absolute depravity of many of the offences, the number of males watching child abuse imagery and using their wish to understand what it is to be a little child being raped, we have a big problem here. I also think, considering this is not complete, that it only applies to the UK, and so many were reported as committed by women, we need urgent action. It is in fact fantasy to suggest otherwise.
